The two-stage rear wing for BMW M3 E92, weighing only 3 kg, has been developed by our engineering team with a dual objective: to stand out from conventional wings on the market and maintain the elegance and aesthetics that define KARBONIUS COMPOSITES.
The result is an advanced piece of engineering that combines design, character and efficiency, delivering exceptional performance both on track and road. It can generate up to 200 kg of downforce at 250 km/h, significantly improving vehicle stability.
This wing features ultralight anodized aluminum pillars, carbon base and a continuous adjustment system with optimal positions laser-marked for precise setup.
Its development has been carried out using advanced technology, including 2D and 3D aerodynamic analysis, CFD simulations and structural calculations, achieving a perfect balance between performance and durability.
Manufactured in prepreg carbon fiber, autoclave-cured and with UV-protected gloss finish, it guarantees superior quality, strength and finish. Each unit is individually numbered, ensuring its authenticity.
