KARBONIUS COMPOSITES has been dedicated since 2011 to the design, development, and manufacture of various carbon fiber components, with its main customers being motorsport enthusiasts and international vehicle customization companies.

All our products are manufactured 100% from prepreg carbon fiber and cured in an autoclave, which provides greater stability—both thermal and structural—by highly qualified personnel and under exhaustive quality controls at our facilities in A Coruña.

SUPPLIER EVALUATION CRITERIA

KARBONIUS COMPOSITES has a quality management system in accordance with the UNE EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.

To carry out the evaluation of our suppliers, we establish the following criteria according to the following typology:

  • Carbon roll supplier:
    • Nonconforming material.
    • Stock availability.
    • Delivery within the indicated timeframe.
  • Other material supplier:
    • Stock availability.
    • Delivery within the indicated timeframe.
  • Work equipment supplier:
    • Availability of legal documentation for the equipment.
      • Declaration of conformity and CE marking.
      • Good condition of the equipment.
  • Subcontracting of work.
    • Meeting deadlines.
    • No incidents during the provision of the work.
    • No incidents related to the final product.
    • Availability and on-time delivery of legal documentation. By default:
