The strut tower brace is one of the most effective modifications for reinforcing the chassis, as it reduces flex in the suspension strut towers under load and helps maintain more consistent geometry during sporty driving.
At Karbonius, we took inspiration from the iconic BMW Performance Strut Brace to develop our own version, manufactured with the highest-quality materials and processes. The result is an extremely light, rigid and visually striking part, capable of enhancing both performance and the aesthetics of the engine bay.
The main structure is made entirely from pre-impregnated (prepreg) carbon fibre and cured in an aluminium mould and autoclave oven, while the mounting brackets are precision-machined in aluminium using 5-axis CNC centres. The assembly is completed with 6 titanium nuts, achieving an exceptional combination of lightness, strength and exclusivity.
The standard finish includes a gloss clear coat with UV protection and natural anodised aluminium mounts, although the brace can be customised with different finishes and exclusive options.
All units are manufactured at our facilities in A Coruña (Spain) under ISO 9001:2015 quality standards, and are delivered individually numbered to ensure authenticity and traceability.
