Product description

The Karbonius Engine Cover for BMW M3 E46 has been developed as a direct replacement for the original plastic cover of the S54 engine, providing a much more exclusive and sporty aesthetic thanks to its construction entirely in visible carbon fiber.

Manufactured 100% in pre-impregnated carbon fiber (prepreg) and cured in an autoclave oven, this part stands out for its extraordinary finish quality, dimensional precision, and excellent thermal and structural stability. Each unit is manufactured at our facilities in A Coruña (Spain) under ISO 9001 quality standards and by highly qualified personnel.

With an approximate weight of only 700 grams, this engine cover faithfully reproduces the geometry of the original BMW part and incorporates all OEM mounting points, allowing simple installation while maintaining the original appearance, but with the unique visual appeal of carbon fiber.

The high-gloss finish with UV protection highlights the carbon weave and guarantees excellent resistance to aging and discoloration.

Like all Karbonius parts, each unit is individually numbered and includes a certificate of authenticity, guaranteeing its origin and exclusivity.
