Manufactured entirely in prepreg carbon fiber and cured in mold and autoclave oven, this trunk lid stands out for its excellent structural strength, dimensional precision and highest quality finish. All units are manufactured at our facilities in A Coruña (Spain) under ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and by highly specialized personnel.
The exterior faithfully reproduces the shape and lines of the original CSL trunk lid, maintaining an impeccable OEM appearance. The interior features a specific design that enhances the aesthetics of the part and allows installation with either the CSL interior trim or exposed carbon for more sporting or competition configurations.
Thanks to prepreg and autoclave technology, weight is reduced to approximately 5.5 kg, compared to approximately 11.5 kg for the original trunk lid, achieving a reduction close to 50% without compromising the strength of the part.
During its development, special attention has been paid to fit and assembly, incorporating all necessary housings for the installation of original BMW components, including locks, license plate lighting, upholstery and other accessories. CNC robot machining ensures high precision and repeatability in all manufactured units.
Like all Karbonius parts, each trunk lid is individually numbered and includes its corresponding certificate of authenticity, guaranteeing its origin and exclusivity.

- It is recommended to fully verify the fit of the part before performing paint or finishing work.
- For configurations equipped with large spoilers, selecting the interior reinforcement option is recommended.
Important: Although this part has been developed seeking the closest possible fit to OEM, minor alignment and adaptation work may be necessary during installation.
